Customer Service Manager & Customer Service Assistant

Job description includes:

• Maintain and develop strong customer relations during the course of order entry, customer inquiries, and keeping the customer up to date on the status of their orders.

• Take information from customers needed for quoting and order entry.

• Process standard orders for our spare parts and service department

• Maintains communication between departments and tracks customer orders.

• Manage logistics of service technician customer visits and reconcile for billing purposes.

• Provide excellent customer service

• Provide administrative support to President and VP of Sales

• Assist in keeping office equipment maintained and working to support customer service functions.

• Assist in answering incoming calls to the company and appropriately directing them.

• Data entry

• Filing

Qualifications are:

• AA or BA preferred but not mandatory

• Bilingual helpful (English/Spanish)

• Excellent phone skills

• Experience in an office environment

• Strong computer skills—Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn new computer applications.

• Works well under pressure

Machine Assembly Operative

Successful candidates will have an electro and/or mechanical machinery building background, with material handling and assembly applications an added bonus.

Applicants should have the following capabilities:

• Be able to read assembly drawings, electrical and pneumatic schematics, and bills of material.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in blue print reading

• Knowledge to drill and tap holes, press fit bearings

• Knowledge of inspection tools

• Understanding of drive mechanisms and transmissions

• Understanding of air cylinders and pneumatics

• Knowledge of electrical wiring and competent in the use of a volt meter

• BSME Degree

• 5 years of material handling experience

• 5 years experience in AUTOCAD

• Knowledge of machine shop mills, lathe, CNC, VMC

• Experience in printing

• Competent in the use of PLC logic and control functions

Areas of Expertise that are Beneficial are:

• A minimum of 5 years experience in PLC programming

• BSEE Degree Preferred

• 5 years minimum of material handling experience

• 5+ years experience in AutoCAD

• 5+ years in Allen Bradley, Siemens, and Omron PLC programming

• Knowledge in sensors, servo drives, HMI, relays, motor starters, AC drives

• Must create bills of materials for complete controls on systems

• Must create panel layouts in AutoCAD 2000

• Capable of creating electrical schematics

• Create pneumatic schematics

• Project management skills
