Apex Machine Company – Engineering Parts Handling and Printing Systems – without Risk!

Apex Machine have been designing and engineering customized parts handling and printing solutions for three dimensional products for over 100 years. The company is active in a wide range of industry areas including Medical, Automotive, Cosmetics, Food Packaging, Pharmaceutical, Hardware, Household Goods, Military & Munitions, Sporting Goods, Electronics and more. Over 50% of the company’s production is exported to countries all around the globe. Apex also offers dedicated DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ support and services for the Medical & Pharmaceutical industries - a particular area of interest and specialisation for the company with its high speed syringe printers and other leading edge specialist machinery.
Many of the printing systems Apex design, engineer, manufacture and supply each year are completely new, custom designed, applications to suit specific products and their technical requirements for marking and decoration. Our large team of design engineers collectively offer an unmatched level of experience and expertise which allows Apex to undertake leading edge development, without risk for our customers.

LEADING EDGE ENGINEERING – NEW PRINTING SYSTEM
This year at NPE the company will be concentrating on its leading edge engineering expertise with displays of engineered parts and print systems, such as the unique Apex developed FlexApex print heads, which represent a breakthrough in offset technology allowing the printing of much heavier ink films than is possible with conventional offset methods.
The FlexApex system is ideally suited for many applications where the use of rotary pad printing, a solvent ink based system, has been the only technology available offering sufficient ink lay down and operating speeds. With environmental and health & safety concerns, the elimination of solvents and VOCs is now a big consideration for many companies – FlexApex has the advantages of being much more economical, solvent free, UV cured and, being an offset system, it can be supplied for up to 6-color printing.
Apex will have a working engineer and an Inventor CAD system in operation on their stand, demonstrating some of the advanced design work actually in progress. In addition there will be facilities to view video demonstrations of different machine types and product handling. Apex will be pleased to meet with customers and potential customers to discuss new print requirements or upcoming projects.
